Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at OK EXPEDITION.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds, exchanges and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation  

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions  

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  * Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement)

refers to OK EXPEDITION GEAR Kelowna, BC, Canada.

  * Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  * Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  * Service refers to the Website.

  * Website refers to OK EXPEDITION, accessible from www.okexpedition.ca and www.okexpedition.com

  * You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on

behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. 


If Your Order has been shipped, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount,

along with any shipping and return shipping charges and fees.


The deadline for cancelling an Order is 15 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on

which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.


In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear

statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: inquiries@okexpedition.ca


If the conditions listed below have been met, We will issue Your refund, less the restocking fee

and any shipping costs and fees, no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned

Goods. We will use the same means of payment that was used to place the order. Please allow 7-14

business days for transfer of funds.

Conditions for Returns

No returns will be accepted without Our authorization.


In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  * The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  * The Goods are in the original packaging

  * The Goods have not been installed

  * The Goods are in like-new condition 


The following Goods cannot be returned:

  * Goods which have been installed or damaged

  * Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized

  * Goods which were purchased on sale or clearance

  * Goods which are prototypes, special orders, or discontinued 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet

the above return conditions in Our sole discretion.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted at Our sole discretion, and will be subject to the same conditions as returns.

No exchanges will be authorized after 30 days from purchase.

Returning Goods

No returns will be accepted without Our authorization.

Please contact us for return authorization of Goods by email: inquiries@okexpedition.ca  

Returned Goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

This does not cover damaged or incomplete returns.

Additional deductions may be applied if the Goods are retured incomplete or not in like-new condition.

This will be determined at Our sole discretion once We have received and inspected the returned Goods. 

All Shipping charges and fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by Us. 

Return shipping charges and fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please ensure the Goods to be returned are securely packaged and the original shipping label 

is covered or removed. A return shipping label will be provided once Your return has been authorized. 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable

to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
